Stellaris is a sci-fi grand strategy game developed by Paradox Interactive. The third major patch for the game, 3.2, was released on February 20th, 2018. This article will cover everything we know about the patch so far.
For all the fans of Stellaris, this is a great time to be alive. The 3.2 update for Stellaris was released on May 9th and it has been a great update so far.
The PDX team working on Stellaris has been hard at work tweaking beneath the hood and working through a lot of neglected areas of the game, thanks to the new quarterly patch structure.
Fans who have spent years watching portions of Stellaris slowly drift into the abyss have welcomed this new path with open arms. The next patch is 3.2, which has a few intriguing changes, and we don’t yet know when it will be released.
Release Date for Stellaris Patch 3.2
The new Ship Browser, which you’ll encounter during species selection, is a lovely 3D viewscreen that allows you to choose between every appearance and every ship class. Okay, so it’s a little detail, but if you’ve purchased the DLC ships, you’ll be able to admire several Titans.
They’ve also focused on increasing the range of anomalies in the game by introducing additional outcomes and choices. This is a much larger than it seems, and we’re hoping it’ll help change up the early game exploring a little more.
This is supplemented by a few other terraforming events. According to the Dev Diary, these will only be positive, which is unfortunate since I’m sure many players would enjoy a little chaos in their late-game terraforming spam. Who knows, however.
Terraforming is no longer exclusive to players, and the issue that caused the AI to demand exorbitant amounts of resources before doing so has been fixed. This implies the AI will terraform a number of planets, ideally to a kind that unscrupulous players may exploit.
